by Guizhou Guiyang Pharmaceutical Factory and Taiwan Hengan Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. in 1993, with a total investment
of USD 2 million. Taiwan Hengan
Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. held 75 company shares and became solely
Taiwan-owned enterprise by purchasing the rest shares of Guiyang
Pharmaceutical Factory in September of 2003. Then Guizhou Finder chose Building
B of Jinghong Industrial Park, No. 338 Baiyun North Rd., Baiyun
District of Guiyang for GMP reform. With an reinvestment of
RMB 20 million,

has become one of the members of
Baiyun industrial park. In November of 2004,
